These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by B2B Travel & Services Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including private tours, airport transfers, and gift shop purchases. By using our services, you (“the client” or “you”) agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your service.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may vary based on season, service, or availability.

A 15% surcharge applies to airport transfers from the airport to Central London.
2. Cancellations & Amendments

All bookings are non-refundable.

You may amend your booking (date or time) up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.

Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled service are not guaranteed and will not be refunded.

No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged in full.
3. Delays, Modifications & Weather
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight issues, or any other external factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, shorten, or cancel a tour for safety, weather, or operational reasons. If we must cancel or significantly alter your service, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a partial refund, depending on the circumstances and the portion of the service delivered.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must be ready at the scheduled pick-up time and provide accurate information when booking.

Please notify us in advance of any special requirements (mobility, accessibility, etc.).

Clients are responsible for personal belongings during the tour or transfer.

Damage to vehicles or equipment caused by the client may result in charges.
5. Gift Shop Terms (Coming Soon)

Products are subject to availability and may differ slightly from photos.

Orders will be dispatched within the stated timeframe.

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items (excluding custom products). Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Privacy & Data
Your privacy matters to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your information in accordance with UK GDPR.
7. Liability

We are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or expenses during the use of our services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We are proud to operate with sustainability in mind. Our tours use fully electric vehicles, and we aim to reduce emissions and support responsible tourism across London.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
